great moment! also, i thought i'd tell you a story after reading your profile. about 2 weeks ago i took all three of my kids (ages 1, 2, and 4) and my niece (2 months old) to the local tax office. i had my niece in a sling, my 1 year old in a stroller, and the other 2 walked. when we were leaving, after getting them all in the car (which took a while), this older sweaty lady came running out of the tax office. she said they were having an exercise class and everyone was watching me through the window in awe. she said i was so patient and such a great mother! then she said she just wanted to let me know to make my day better. so maybe sometimes they're staring at us because they can't believe our talent :-)
So sweet. My 4 year old came up to me with a handful of my favorite tulips (red and orange), just the heads and he said, " For you". Love and heartbreak. Pooh those little guys get us every time, don't they?
