gazpacho by the gallon
It is hot here. The air is as thick as pudding. Now, through August, we kick our gazpacho habit into high gear - making it by the gallon. It is the only thing that fills us up and cools us down at the same time. Do you have a summer must have food?

Gazpacho is our summer go to as well. And yes, I make it in a large glass canister with a screw on lid. We recently took it in mason jars on our outing to the Denver Botanic Gardens and it has also made an appearance, more than once at Scout Camp for meals.
